A second collection of reflections published by the Carmelite Friars has been published.

The second book is called 'A New Hope: God in the Time of COVID-19: Book II'. This little book of articles and reflections is offered as a way of maintaining a connection and of nurturing the interior life. The reflections were originally written online, but many of these articles are now available in this book. There is a wide range of styles, content and approaches to suit the widest range of readers and all tastes. Writers include Fr Kevin Alban, O.Carm; Dr Johan Bergström-Allen, TOC; Mr Matthew Betts; Mrs Maggie Casicoli; Mrs Veronica Errington; Br Paul de Groot, O.Carm; Fr Francis Kemsley, O.Carm; Fr Nicholas King, SJ; and Fr Ged Walsh, O.Carm.

The foreword is by Fr Brendan Grady, O.Carm and the Afterword is by Archbishop John Wilson - Archbishop of Southwark. The book has been dedicated to the memory of Fr Kevin Alban, who died earlier this year.

The articles have been edited and brought together by Matthew Betts, Development Manager.

Each copy sold supports the ministries of the Carmelite Friars in Britain and worldwide, whose presence is needed more than ever during this pandemic.
