The British Province of Carmelite Friars

The Catholic Association Pilgrimage relies on large team of volunteer helpers who help to care for our assisted (sick) pilgrims in both the hotels and in the Accueil Notre-Dame. Most travel together by rail and stay in the Alba hotel.

The young helpers are a vital part of the pilgrimage and pay a subsidised rate in recognition of their work. Further financial help may be available from the Carmelites - please contact the Carmelite Pilgrimage Director for details.

Young helpers (17-25 years old) should not fill in the Tangneys form but rather complete a Young Helper's Application and a Medical Form and send them by 2nd June 2008 to the group leader:
