John, a friar of the Irish Province, was elected to the General Council
of the Carmelite Order as Delegate for Europe in 2007.
Francis Kemsley, O.Carm.
Francis is the Prior of the Carmelite Community in Walworth, South
London. He has previously served as Prior in Faversham, East Finchley
Nick works in the field of communications for the company CathCom.
Antony Lester, O.Carm.
Tony is the Prior of the Carmelite friary in York, where he is also
Catholic Chaplain at the University of York. He served as Prior
Provincial of the British Province between 2002 and 2008.
Romero de Lima Gouvêa, O.Carm.
Romero is a friar originally of the Rio de Janeiro Province who now
lives in France as a member of the Carmelite Order's General Delegation
re-establising the Ancient Observance there.

Sylvia is a member of the Carmelite Third Order Secular who convenes the 'Carmel in the City' Spirituality Group in London.
Kilian Lynch, O.Carm.
Fr. Kilian was Prior General of the Carmelite Order 1947-59.
Malachy Lynch, O.Carm.
Fr. Malachy was the first Prior of Aylesford Priory after its restoration in 1949.

Bill MacCurtain is a member of the Jesuit Community at Mount Street in Central London.

John Malley (d. 2012) was an American Carmelite who served as Prior General of the Carmelite Order between 1983 and 1995.
Wilfrid McGreal, O.Carm.
Wilfrid has served in various roles as a member of the British
Province, including being the Prior of Aylesford and of Faversham. The
author of several books, he is also a regular broadcaster on radio and
television. He is well known as an ecumenist. He has served as Prior
Provincial of the British Province since 2008.
Patrick Thomas McMahon, O.Carm.
Patrick is a friar of the PCM Province in North America. He has served
as a Delegate for Lay Carmel in his Province, as well as President of
the Carmelite Institute in Rome.
Kevin Melody, O.Carm.
Fr. Kevin Melody is a friar in the community at The Friars, Aylesford.
Carlos Mesters, O.Carm.
Fr. Carlos is a Dutch-born friar who is a member of one of the Carmelite Provinces in Brazil. He is widely credited with reawakening the Order's commitment to Lectio Divina.
Fernando Millán Romeral, O.Carm.
Having been active as a leading theologian in his native Spain, Fr. Fernando was elected Prior General (senior brother) of the Carmelite Order in 2007.
James Moran, O.Carm.
Fr. James is the Prior of the Carmelite Friary at East Finchley. He is a trained counsellor.
Christopher O'Donnell, O.Carm.
Fr. Chris is a friar of the Irish Province of Carmelites and Professor Emeritus of the Milltown Institute in Dublin. An expert in various fields of spirituality, he is best known for his work in Ecclesiology and Mariology, and in 2006 received the Cardinal John J. Wright Mariological Award for his research. Chris is the author of several books at both academic and popular levels, including several on St. Thérèse. Chris is a tutor and board member of the Carmelite Institute of Britain & Ireland.

Anne is a member of the Carmelite Third Order Secular, and Shrine Secretary at Aylesford Priory in Kent.

Maureen is a member of the York Carmelite Spirituality Group.
Ronald Rolheiser, O.M.I.
Fr. Ron Rolheiser is an Oblate of Mary Immaculate. He is a community-builder, lecturer and writer. His books are popular throught the English-speaking world and his weekly column is carried by more than seventy newspapers worldwide. Though not a member of the Carmelite Order he has written about numerous Carmelite saints, including articles on his website.
