The Carmelite Third Order Chapter in the Welsh capital city of Cardiff was established in 1978.
 
Cardiff Lay Carmelites in June 2010.

The Lay Carmelite community gathers at the presbytery of St. Peter's Church in Roath, the oldest surviving Catholic Church in the city which has been recently restored. To visit the parish website please click here.

The Carmelite community gathers at 7.30pm (following the 7.00pm Mass) on the 1st Friday of the month.
 
The Millennium Centre in Cardiff has become a symbol
of the Welsh capital's regeneration in recent years.

The Cardiff Lay Carmelite Community gathered for a day of recollection
in the Rhondda Valley in May 2012.
